Topic: Non-Compliant PageMatrix/Nion Setup

How would one go about connecting two PMCC(PageMatrix Command Center) units with a nion?
As we know there is only one 232/Pasha port on the nion.
My thought was to set relevant Controller ID's for each box and then connect the two PMCC's together via the Control Data ports and having one home run to the nion.
My worry with this method is is how the buffering and data management would be achieved exactly.
Perhaps you would need a "Smart" splitter 2 to 1 box?

This topic is not covered in the PMCC manual, can anyone clear this up for me?
