Kiosk counldn't use the chimp,help me.

I used the Nware 1.5.0 and Kisok 1.5.0 .I used the Chinese version of  Windows XP sp3.My program have a device that chimp with wave recorder.I want use the PC monitor the audio from Nion.If I used the Kisok to click the chimp ,the Kisok will crash.If I used the Kisok 1.2.6,it doesn't have audio.The Kisok log tell me it open the port.The file name block of wave Rcorder in Nion,doesn't have any changed.If I write the right path and port in file name block ,the PC can replay the audio from Nion.If used both version of  Nware ,I can do.Why?How can I fixed it ?
