Topic: 16 RX Unicast Bundles limitation on the NION

Hi all,

I have used up all of the 16 unicast RX bundles available in the Nion Taxi device - Is this the absolute limit ?

If not, how do are include a few more unicast bundles in the same configuration ??

Hi Chandru,

Yes, 16 Rx bundles is the maximum number of bundles that the CM-1 card is capable of handling. This is a limitation of the CM-1 module itself from Cirrus Logic. You may want to note that the Dante card from Audinate in the NION does not suffer from this limitation. However it uses Dante instead of CobraNet.
