For a new system having 56 zones, i am using 2 Nion N3 with a Ncontrol. I need to play 56 wave files simultaneously which need to save inside the Ncontrol.
Is there is any possibility to play more than 16 wave files simultaneously. I am using only 1 cobranet Audio interface card along with the N control.
Is it possible to program for routing 56 separate wave files to the respective zones?
I assume you also have between 56-128 output zones.
I assume you are trying to get the 56 files to play into the NIONs simultaneously and route them to each output zone.
You will need, at minimum, an nControl with FOUR CobraNet cards and two NION n3's. This will utilize up to 56 CobraNet inputs of the NION's available 64 inputs. Once in the NION, you will be able to route the audio channels from which ever input you like to whatever output you like.
You do not have enough CobraNet cards in your nControl to make this happen.
fyi- you can play a maximum of 64 files from the nControl AND record up to 32 files all at the same time if you have four CobraNet cards in the nControl.
