Topic: Windows 7 Starter Edition and Pandad.exe

I was actually curious about compatibility here.  I know Windows 7 starter is not widely used,  but we did get a small tablet notebook recently to adjust sounds via the wireless network in our casino.  It is running Windows 7 starter (which can be upgraded to Home Premium..  but that is all it can support hardware wise).

I can run the Nware Kiosk application on it just fine, but everytime I close it out it leaves Pandad.exe open in the task manager.  It will then not connect to the NION's again without ending the process manually or logging off and back on to kill it that way.   Is this something anyone else has experienced?   Or should I just not be trying to run this on Windows 7 Starter edition?
