Here is a plugin I wrote to grab DirecTV receivers Status Info and Program Data via IP control.
(this requires deploy to nControl OR nTouch due to the Python 'include urllib2' not being available on nion).

User instructions: Fill out the two string values (uniqueID & STB IP Address).

The python script will load the correct URL based on the IP.
After it loads the URL, it saves a text file to parse the data from.

It returns the following data: CALLSIGN, PROGRAM TITLE, LABEL (both callsign & title), STATUS CODE, DATE TIME LOADED.
